Often clients prefer to have a vendor's technical support close at hand. It eliminates phone tag, time, confusion and duplication of resources.

CallMation is dedicated to helping our customers easily install WerkMATE, and have their test automation framework up and running in as little time as possible.

On–Site consultants can solve most computer problems efficiently, affordably, and quickly–typically within an hour. We offer services that range from departmental networking assistance to troubleshooting a wide range of desktop technical problems, including virus removal, OS repair, software installs, and hardware problems.

We will work with our clients to determine what tasks they need help with, the time frame involved and then obtain those resources so together we can efficiently and effectively accomplish their goals.

We will then provide dedicated onsite resource(s) with whom the client can work closely, for as long or as short a period of time as needed, or agreed to. The resources can be placed wherever the client prefers.
